For example, suppose that you completed your order on the January 10th. The schedule below will show you when your free 7-day trial starts and ends.
Day 1: January 10th (First day of free trial, same day you complete your order)
Day 2: January 11th
Day 3: January 12th
Day 4: January 13th
Day 5: January 14th
Day 6: January 15th
Day 7: January 16th (Last day of free trial)
As stated in our offer terms, you will not be charged during the free 7-day trial. If you do not call our customer service center at 1.888.887.4287 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays) to cancel your free trial during the first 7 days then you will be charged $14.95 on day eight and every 30 days thereafter to keep your credit monitoring service.
Please remember that Credit Monitoring is the quickest and easiest way to proactively monitor your credit file for new activity, account changes, credit fraud and identity theft. If and when these changes or inquiries are made into your credit file you will be notified via email within 24 hours. These email alerts may be the first indication of a legitimate credit inquiry, credit discrepancy, and inaccuracies in your credit file or fraudulent activity within your credit file.
Credit Monitoring, when used consistently, is the first line of defense and a great source of protection against serious credit inaccuracies, credit fraud and identity theft.
